We want you to love your products - but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer 90 days from the date of purchase for change of mind returns.

To be eligible:

•  Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

•  You must provide proof of purchase

•  Customer is responsible for return postage costs

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

•  Razors & blades

•  Fragrance samples

•  Special order items 

Please choose carefully when purchasing these products.

You can start a return any time from your Societe Men account page. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the product you’d like instead.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

•  Damaged

•  Defective, or

•  Not what you ordered

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@societemen.com.au and include photos where possible. We’ll assess the issue and organise a replacement, refund or store credit as appropriate.
