All orders are sent with Authority to Leave. If you won’t be available to accept your delivery, or if your address isn’t secure for unattended parcels, we recommend using a work address or parcel locker for added safety.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it’s not collected within the carrier’s holding period, a $24 AUD fee will apply to resend the order. Alternatively, this amount will be deducted from your refund if you choose to cancel the order.
